ABOUT THE PROJECT

Driving a rebrand to enhance recognition and amplify impact.

NMDPSM, formerly Be The Match, is a leading nonprofit organization that connects thousands of patients in need with life-saving blood stem cell donors each year. As the sole senior creative designer, I have played a pivotal role in driving the team’s success. I’ve led the development of branded templates, video assets, and strategies, spearheaded the creation of new sub-brands and brand identities, and contributed to mobile app strategy and much more. Additionally, I’ve been instrumental in establishing robust standard operating procedures (SOPs) for our creative team across video, strategy, marketing automation, and copywriting, while fostering a healthy and effective team culture that promotes collaboration and innovation.
