Alliant Credit Union, a digital-only financial institution originally established for United Airlines employees, sought to expand its reach and modernize its approach. As a consultant, I played a key role in driving this transformation by developing impactful omnichannel campaigns tailored to engage both existing and prospective members. I also introduced innovative solutions, including HTML5 banners that elevated their digital advertising and a series of dynamic, animated guides to showcase their services and offerings. My contributions helped position Alliant as a forward-thinking leader in the digital banking space.
